Job Description

  • Handle the invoicing / quarterly statement generation for the estates
  • Handle the monthly payments & cheque writing for the bills incurred by the estates
  • Manage the bank reconciliations
  • Handle accounting entries into the accounting system
  • Manage journal entries
  • File & keep the estates’ bills and bank statements correctly

Qualifications / Needs

  • Diploma in accounting area of study
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with some experience in similar roles are preferred
  • Great interpersonal skills, problem solving and managed a full set of accounts before
  • You should be results oriented and good on timely reporting
