Who we are
We are part of the Realty Executives International global network of real estate companies servicing client’s needs in residential and commercial properties. Our services include selling, purchasing, leasing and property management in Singapore.
We were established in 1998 in Singapore. In the past 13 years, we have thousands of satisfied customers and properties managed. Our clients are International, ranging from the USA to China, Koreans to Europeans.
With increasing globalisation, investment and business is done across countries. Cross border customers receive seamless assistance and advice for their overseas relocation/ assignment and investment projects from us. At the same time, with the strong support of the global franchise and network, our customers can be sure we look at their needs holistically.

Realty Executives International
Realty Executives International was started in 1965 by Dale Rector. It is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America. Realty Executives pioneered the Original 100% Commission concept. It was a concept that was revolutionary at that time and it took the world by storm. To day, real estate companies all over the world and in Singapore adopted this concept. With 100% Commission concept, you can be sure the real estate agent you engage is an experienced agent and has been in the business for some time.

Residential properties
We assist our clients to purchase, sell and lease both private and HDB residential properties in Singapore. Ask for our experienced agents (called “Executives”) and see the difference in performance! We promise you integrity and honesty in every detail.
Commercial Properties
Our Executives can help you sell, purchase or lease your commercial property with their specialised knowledge. From 3 phase electricity supply (current, voltage and distribution) determination for factories to lighting sufficiency and loading capacity for warehouses, our Executives are trained and conversant with your needs or your tenant’s needs and will work out the right solution for you or your potential tenant.
Investment Sales
If you are looking to sell your property en-bloc, we would glad to help you achieve a successful sale. As your consultant, we will work on your plot ratio, height restrictions, the GFA and assess the potential reward your estate can fetch based on the prevailing market conditions. We will also guide you on the formation of the Collective Sale sub-committee and through the process of en-bloc sale. When the necessary approval has been obtained, we would market your estate to the right developer – often with presentation pitches on the possibilities open to the developers so that you can get maximum reward from the sale.

International Properties
Through our international network, we have the connections to assist you in your investment in international properties. If you are looking to buy an overseas property, let us know. We will arrange with our counterpart in whichever country you are interested in for the right real estate investment solution for you. Our arrangements do not end with just the arrangements – we are always in contact with our overseas network of Realty Executives companies and work with them to help manage your investment properties if necessary.
International Relocation
Through our International Referral Network, we provide a seamless relocation experience for expatriates coming to Singapore or leaving Singapore for their home country. This means minimal hassle and less co-ordination work for the expatriate.
For relocating expatriates to Singapore, our service starts from the initial exploration, during which we would give you a brief on Singapore, the economy, culture, living, practices and also the necessary government/telecommunication/utilities services etc. To give you an idea of the living in Singapore, we would bring you around to view some estates that would be relevant to you, eg, near your children’s potential school or your workplace. Next, we would work with your HR on the necessary paperwork on your relocation and the schedules. Our work is only done after you have successfully settled down in your new home in Singapore and your children are in school.

Condominium / Property Management
For Developers
Getting your development to TOP is already a lot of work. We can help you with the setting up of the condominium management and assist you meet the requirements with regards to this area. Some of the tasks we do are as follows :-
- Putting in place the Condominium Guidelines
- Putting in place the as built plans
- Updating and maintaining the Strata Roll
- Compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and subsidiary legislations
- Co-ordination with the main contractor on the Subsidiary Proprietors’ defects & follow-up
- Managing the quotes, selection process, appointments and handling of the security, landscaping & cleaning contractors
- Billing the Subsidiary Proprietors for the maintenance and sinking funds after TOP
- Managing the maintenance and sinking funds on your company’s behalf before the 1st AGM.
For Management Councils
We also provide condominium or property management services for your estate. Our services include the following :-
- Assist the Management Council improve on the Condominium Guidelines & to be adopted as By-Laws during AGM
- Updating and maintaining the Strata Roll
- Compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and subsidiary legislations.
- Co-ordination with the developer’s main contractor on the Subsidiary Proprietors’ defects & follow-up.
- Managing the quotes, selection process, appointments and handling of the security, landscaping, maintenance & cleaning contractors.
- Billing the Subsidiary Proprietors for the maintenance and sinking funds.
- Managing the maintenance, sinking funds and Accounts.
- Planning for equipment replacements and estate repainting works etc.
Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Licensing
We are licensed by the Government's statutory organisation, Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) under licence number L3007496G to operate as a Real Estate company in Singapore. Our salespersons are also registered with CEA under their individual registration numbers.
